Obituary For Manjula Chokshi

Manjula Chokshi, lovingly called 'Koki' by her husband, passed away peacefully on February 18, 2025. She is now reunited with her beloved parents, Ranchhodlal and Kamalaben Shah, and her brothers, Arvind and Krishnakant Shah. She is survived by her devoted husband, Pravin Chandra; her younger brother, Ramesh Shah; her loving sons, Rakesh and Rupesh, their wives, Brinda and Aparna; and grandchildren, Anand, Priya, Haley, Maya, and Anishka. Born in Dabhoi, Gujarat, Manjula spent many years in Vadodara, India, before moving to the United States to be with her sons. She embraced this new chapter with warmth and devotion as her sons and their families settled in South Carolina and Texas. Manjula dedicated her life to raising and educating her sons. A gifted cook and knitter, she took joy in cooking new dishes and making sweaters for family and friends. She was a source of strength and wisdom to all who sought her advice and brought warmth and laughter to every gathering. Manjula's greatest joy was being surrounded by family. She loved sharing stories of her life's journey and, over the years, even overcame her fear of animals-showering love and treats on the many fur-babies that became part of the family. She leaves a lasting legacy of love, faith, and wisdom, that will continue to guide those who knew her. Though her absence leaves a deep void, we take comfort in knowing that her memory will be a blessing that will always remain with us. Jai Shree Krishna.
